SECRETARY

Job Description:
Arrange daily and monthly schedule, meeting, and appointment
Handling correspondence
Booking flight ticket and accommodation for employee’s travel
Administratives duties
Requirements:
Female < 35 years old
Must possess at least Diploma Degree min. GPA 3.00 (Secretary/ Business Administration/any related major)
At least 3 years working experience in related area
Highly skill and experience in secretarial duties
Be tactfull and polite
Dilligent, smart and multitasking
Fluent in English (verbal & written), proficiency in mandarin would be an advantage
Computer literate (min. Ms. Office)Good interpersonal and communication skill, good analytical thinking
Placement in Cikokol, Tangerang
